Hi, my name is Kim Raven.

I’m located in the San Francisco East Bay Area. I have always had a passion for throwing a great party. It all started out with planning my daughter’s birthday parties.

What started as a hobby, has turned into an Event Planning Business. I’ve planned and hosted many parties and events over the years, for family, friends and clients

I love to plan and use my creativity in fun and new ways! Seeing everything come together with hard work and great ideas is so rewarding. It makes me happy knowing that I’ve helped people in some of their most memorable and cherished life events. Using the skills I’ve learned throughout my career, from bridal showers, to baby showers and birthdays, I’d love to help you have the party of your dreams!

“My go-to girl when I need help party planning.”

“Kim made my baby shower dreams a reality, I had no clue what I was doing. She walked in and made everything absolutely beautiful. She not only planned my baby shower but also my son’s first birthday and my Halloween party. She is truly amazing. She can make anything happen. My go-to girl when I need help party planning.”

“We are so grateful.”

“My daughter requested an Ancient Egypt themed birthday party and envisioned being transported back in time. I knew I would need a little help pulling this theme together considering it’s not your average 5-year-old party, and I didn’t have a lot of spare time being a full-time working parent. Raven Events’ basic package was exactly the help I needed to keep me on budget and help me gather great DIY ideas. Kimberly created an Egyptian party themed Pinterest board for me to draw inspiration from that included décor, activities and food ideas. I had concerns about throwing a covid-safe party as well as keeping the theme culturally respectful. She collected great ideas on ways to serve food in a safe way as well as ideas on how to keep the theme educational. Raven Events was very communicative and helped me pull off a fun and memorable party for my daughter and we are so grateful!”
